Environmental issues have become a huge area of contention among Server professionals as they struggle to cope with increased demand and server sprawl within data centers.  Recently over 2/3 of server professionals within Fortune 1000 organizations indicated that they believe that server virtualization is critical to achieving their business objectives – particularly in terms of it becoming a key component in making data centers more environmentally friendly.  Based on in-depth interviews, conducted every six months, with hundreds of  Server decision makers within Fortune 1000 organizations, this session will look into when and how organizations are using server virtualization to have the strongest impact within the data center.
